Harsh moved to Canada from Dubai in 2015 to further her education.  In 2020, Harsh pursued her Bachelor of Legal Studies (Paralegal) Degree at Capilano University and is currently in her fourth year.  Harsh began her work at Triage Data Solutions in 2022 as a Junior eDiscovery Analyst/Document Imaging Specialist and has advanced into her current role as a Junior Project Manager, eDiscovery Services. Harsh continues to assist the Litigation Support team to develop her skills in data collection and processing data into a wide variety of litigation support software. 

Harsh took part in the Dominion Mock Trial College Cup with classmates at Capilano University and after vigorous team sessions and teamwork, the team placed 1st in Canada.  This has allowed her to develop her advocacy and evidence examining skills. 

Harsh is an active member of the BC Paralegal Association and other eDiscovery Associations to satisfy her professional curiosity.  She often attends online webinars related to eDiscovery current trends. 

When she is not in school or working, Harsharan enjoys reading, watching k-dramas, and visiting local cafes.
