Rose is the owner and CEO of Triage Data Solutions, and acquired the company in June 2021.  Rose has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry.  She  is a trained paralegal professional and has significant experience in law firm management.  

In Rose’s former roles, she was responsible for managing a wide range of eDiscovery matters from high-profile, complex litigation, and regulatory and administrative law cases to document intensive aboriginal rights litigation cases.  Rose was responsible for document collection, preservation, and processing.  She was responsible for team management, as well as ensuring the targets of the projects were met and prepared on time, within budget.  Rose was responsible for reviewing and advising on data hosting/software platforms.  

Rose is passionate about improving legal services for clients through the use of technology, designing customized workflows, and methodologies. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their practice to ensure that Triage can provide them with practical, cost-efficient solutions to meet their needs.  Rose has long-viewed intelligent, cost-effective, and user-friendly electronic document management as the key to a successful litigation strategy. 

Rose continues to strongly advocate for the advancement of paralegals in delivering access to justice for users in the legal system.  She is committed to finding ways that digital technology can increase access to justice.  Rose hopes to broaden participation for marginalized groups to ensure there is an even playing field within the court system.   

Triage has an excellent reputation for accuracy, efficiency, availability to clients, and overall expertise in this industry.  Rose is grateful to Triage’s founder, Johanna Mustapic, who cultivated an amazing organization with an experienced team of project managers from the ground up.  Rose is excited to continue Triage’s legacy in delivering our clients current and trending electronic document management systems and services.

In her “spare” time, Rose enjoys taking short trips, spending time with family, friends, and her little pup, Suva. She also likes to attend eDiscovery conferences where she learns ways to better serve Triage’s clients.
