Sara El Rayess joined Triage Data Solutions in 2022 as a Project Manager and eDiscovery Specialist. As a project manager and paralegal, she embraces the use of technology and believes that it is one of the most effective and efficient resources for clients to utilize.

Previously, Sara was a senior paralegal at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP where she managed complex multi-party litigation and arbitration files and has extensive experience with multi-million document construction litigation and arbitration files. She is well-versed on discovery obligations (including the Sedona Principles). Sara is known for her high degree of professionalism, strong communication skills, and her solution-driven approach.

Sara is the Co-Chair and an Instructor in the School of Legal Studies at Capitano University. She has developed and currently teaches a course on eDiscovery to paralegal students, along with a variety of other legal courses. Sara is also pursuing her MEd in Education Technology and Learning Design at Simon Fraser University.

In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, mountain biking, weightlifting, and being outdoors.
