Triage Data Solutions was founded in September 2000 by Johanna Mustapic, who saw a growing need for smarter, more reliable data-driven solutions to support businesses in their decision-making. With vision, determination, and a commitment to excellence, Johanna built Triage Data Solutions into a trusted partner known for delivering clarity from complexity.
For more than two decades, Johanna’s leadership shaped the company’s culture of integrity, innovation, and client-focused service. Her dedication created the strong foundation on which our success has been built.
A new chapter begins
In 2021, Johanna proudly passed the torch to Rose Singh, who now serves as Owner and Chief Executive Officer. Rose brings a fresh perspective, deep expertise, and an innovative spirit, while remaining grounded in the core values that Johanna instilled.
Under Rose’s leadership, Triage Data Solutions has entered a new era of growth and opportunity. Guided by a philosophy of curiosity, mentorship, and continuous improvement, Rose has cultivated a culture that empowers every team member to think boldly, learn continuously, and collaborate openly.
Since she took the helm, the Triage team has tripled in size, and a new Toronto office has opened, a milestone that reflects the company’s expanding reach and commitment to serving clients across Canada and beyond.
