Rose is the owner and CEO of Triage Data Solutions, which she acquired in June 2021.  With more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry, Rose brings a rare combination of deep subject matter expertise, proven leadership, and a visionary approach to legal technology.

A trained paralegal with a background in law firm management, Rose has managed countless eDiscovery projects across a wide range of matters, from high-profile litigation and complex regulatory investigations to document-intensive aboriginal rights cases. Her responsibilities have spanned the full spectrum of discovery management, including document collection, preservation, and processing, as well as team leadership, budgeting, and project delivery. She is also experienced in reviewing and advising on data hosting and software platforms, ensuring clients receive solutions that are efficient, secure, and cost-effective.

Shaping the future of Triage, Rose is passionate about transforming the delivery of legal services through innovative use of technology. She excels at designing customized workflows and methodologies that not only streamline processes but also reduce costs and risks for
clients. Rose believes that user-friendly, intelligent, and cost-effective electronic document management is the cornerstone of successful litigation strategies.

Rose continues to honor the strong foundation built by Triage’s founder, Johanna Mustapic, while advancing the company’s reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service. Under her leadership, Triage remains a trusted partner, delivering modern and adaptive eDiscovery and document management solutions.

Beyond her client work, Rose is a committed champion of paralegals’ role in improving access to justice. She is particularly dedicated to expanding participation for marginalized groups, and leveraging digital technology to create a more equitable legal system. Rose is also deeply committed to advancing the paralegal profession and improving access to justice. She is the Founder and Director of the Vancouver Branch of Women in eDiscovery, and serves as a Director-at-Large on the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) board.

Under Rose’s leadership, Triage remains known for its accuracy, efficiency, client service, and industry expertise, while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Outside of work, Rose enjoys short getaways, spending time with family and friends, and doting on her pup, Suva. She also regularly attends eDiscovery conferences to stay ahead of industry trends and better serve Triage’s clients.
