Now the Director of Operations of the Vancouver branch, Seema began her career at Triage Data Solutions over 20 years ago. Starting as a data entry analyst, Seema has grown into a leadership role through her deep expertise in managing litigation support projects, ensuring that timelines are met on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Seema has extensive experience working with a wide range of eDiscovery and document review platforms, and she is skilled in managing complex, high-volume projects. She is also responsible for providing clients with accurate estimates and budgets, consistently exceeding expectations by delivering results on time, within budget, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Before joining Triage, Seema worked as a legal secretary at IILC in India, specializing in corporate law. She holds an Honors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Over her 25-year career, Seema has developed a comprehensive knowledge of litigation support software and technologies. She is recognized for her ability to build lasting client relationships, assess client needs, and recommend best practices to achieve effective, efficient outcomes.

Outside of work, Seema enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and walking along the Seawall.
