Harsh Kaur

Project Manager, eDiscovery Services

Harsh joined Triage Data Solutions in 2022 as a Document Imaging Specialist and has since advanced into her current role as a Project Manager of eDiscovery Services. She supports the Litigation Support team while continuing to expand her expertise in data collection, processing, and the use of a wide range of litigation support technologies.


Harsh holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Legal Studies (Paralegal) from Capilano University. During her studies, she competed in the Dominion Mock Trial College Cup, where her team placed first in Canada after rigorous preparation and collaboration. This experience sharpened her advocacy, critical thinking, and evidence examination skills, which she now applies to her professional work.


Committed to ongoing learning, Harsh is an active member of the BC Paralegal Association, the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS), and Women in eDiscovery. She regularly attends webinars and industry events to stay informed about current eDiscovery trends.


Outside of work, Harsh enjoys reading, watching K-dramas, and visiting local cafés.
